Job Summary
As a Reentry Case Manager, your main job will be to help people who are coming back to the community after being in jail. You will talk with them to understand what they need and create plans to help them succeed. You will help them find jobs, housing, and other support they need to start fresh. This job is important because you will help people change their lives for the better!
Responsibilities
As a Reentry Case Manager, you will have many important tasks. Here are some of them:
- Talking to Clients: You will meet with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Making Plans: You will create a plan for each client that includes their goals and steps to achieve them.
- Finding Resources: You will help clients find resources in the community, such as housing, jobs, and healthcare.
- Providing Support: You will be there to support clients as they work toward their goals and encourage them along the way.
- Checking Progress: You will regularly meet with clients to see how they are doing and make any necessary changes to their plans.
- Helping Clients: You will advocate for clients’ needs and ensure they have access to important services.

Preferred Skills
It would be great if you also had these skills:
- Experience in Social Services: If you have worked in social services before, that’s a plus!
- Knowledge of Community Resources: Knowing about local resources for housing and jobs can help you assist clients better.
- Crisis Intervention: Skills in handling difficult situations will be helpful.
Education and Experience
