Job Description
Are you interested in helping patients and making sure they get the best care and service? BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is looking for a Patient Engagement Manager (PEM) to join our team! As a Patient Engagement Manager, you will make sure everything runs smoothly for our patients. You will manage things like compliance, travel plans, and work with different people to make sure patients get the best experience. If you like helping others and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Engagement Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Being the main contact for patients and project managers, making sure that everything goes well with communication and service.
- Finding the best solutions for patients, to meet their needs and keep them happy.
- Managing compliance (following the rules) and travel arrangements for patient programs.
- Making and updating budgets, and making sure there is clear communication with clients about money.
- Working with different teams to make things better for patients and improve our processes.
You’re Good At
We need someone who is good at the following:
- Helping people with great customer service and always looking for ways to make their experience better.
- Being organized and able to do many things at once, even when it’s busy or stressful.
- Looking at information (data) and explaining it in a way that others can easily understand.
- Solving problems creatively, especially when patients or partners have challenges.
- Talking and writing well to communicate with different teams and clients.
You Might Also Have
We have a few skills that would be great, but they are not required:
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences, which will help you understand patient needs better.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, which is used for reports and presentations.
- A degree in a related field or experience that’s just as good.
- Experience with travel and meeting planning, which helps with managing the logistics for patients.
- A creative mindset and interest in improving things for patients and the company.

Compensation and Benefits
