Cybercrime Investigator Full Time

Job Summary

As a Cybercrime Investigator, you will help protect people from online crimes. You’ll work with other officers to look into things like hacking, fraud, and identity theft. What You Will Do

As a Cybercrime Investigator, here are some things you’ll be doing every day:

1. Investigate Online Crimes
   You’ll look into crimes that happen online, like when someone steals someone else’s information or hacks into a system. Your job will be to figure out what happened and how.
2. Collect and Study Evidence
   You’ll need to gather information from computers, phones, and other devices to find clues. This evidence will help build cases and catch the people responsible.
3. Work with Other Officers
   You’ll team up with other law enforcement officers and organizations to share information and work on cases together.
4. Help in Court
   Sometimes, you may need to explain what you found in court. You’ll help others understand what happened and why the person charged is guilty.
5. Learn About New Cyber Crimes
   Cybercrime changes a lot. You’ll need to stay up-to-date on new tricks and techniques used by criminals and find ways to stop them.
6. Teach Others
   You might lead workshops or sessions to help people understand how to protect themselves online and avoid being victims of cybercrime.
