Job Summary
As the Manager of PHP Operations, you will lead a team of people who build and maintain our websites and applications. You will make sure everything runs smoothly and help solve any problems that come up. This is a full-time job in Harris County, Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities
Here are the things you will do as the Manager of PHP Operations:
- Lead the Team: You will guide a group of PHP developers, helping them do their best work.
- Manage Projects: You will keep track of different projects and make sure they finish on time.
- Ensure Quality: You will make sure our websites and applications work well and are easy to use.
- Work with Others: You will talk to other departments to understand their needs and help them with our PHP programs.
- Train Team Members: You will teach your team new skills and help them grow in their jobs.
- Report Progress: You will write reports about how projects are going and share them with your boss.
- Solve Problems: If something goes wrong, you will find a solution to fix it.

Education and Experience
To qualify for this position, you need:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of working with PHP and 2 years in a management position. If you have experience in health services, that’s great!
