Eligibility Criteria

For Senior Policy Analyst / Team Lead

• Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Gender Studies, Women Studies, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, or Public Administration.
• At least 08 years of post-qualification experience in research and policy analysis.
• Out of 08 years, at least 02 years of leadership experience at the regional or national level.
• Strong knowledge of international and regional gender policies, frameworks, and commitments of Pakistan.
• Excellent managerial, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively in policy research.

For Data Entry Operator

• Intermediate (ICS, F.A/F.Sc) with IT diploma or certificate from a recognized institution.
• A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute is mandatory.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office Suite, InPage, and graphic tools like Photoshop and Corel Draw.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
